1. Who we are
StickerCup is the controller of the personal data collected on this platform for the service of generating a personalized digital sticker.
2. Data we collect
- Quiz data: child's name, date of birth, club, weight, height, favorite player.
- Child's photo: image submitted as a reference for the AI.
- Contact: email (required) and phone (optional).
- Traffic data: UTM, fbclid, gclid, masked IP (/24), user-agent, referring page.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers (only the last 4 digits for auditing).
3. Legal basis
- Consent: for the use of the child's image, expressly declared in the quiz.
- Performance of a contract: to process payment and deliver the sticker.
- Legitimate interest: for advertising attribution tracking (without direct identification).
4. Handling of the child's photo
The submitted photo is a sensitive category of personal data because it relates to a minor. For this reason we apply specific safeguards:
- It is used only as a reference for the AI to generate the sticker.
- It is not shared with third parties beyond the AI provider, strictly for generation.
- It is not used to train models.
- It is deleted from our storage within 7 days after delivery of the sticker.
- Consent is recorded with date, masked IP, user-agent, and the version of the accepted text.

6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you (or the child's legal guardian) may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, obtain a copy of it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these, visit your account area or email suporte@stickercup.it.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Please note that we may retain certain information as necessary to provide a product you requested, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes (including payment disputes and chargebacks), enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations — including after a deletion request.
7. Sharing with service providers
We share only the data strictly necessary with the service providers that operate our product:
- Payment processor: to process payment (email and amount; we store only the last 4 card digits).
- AI image-generation provider: the photo, solely to generate the sticker.
- Email delivery provider: email address and delivery content.
- Cloud storage & hosting provider: to store images and operate the site.
- Advertising-attribution provider: campaign parameters and partial email.
We do not sell your personal data.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, role-based access control, audit logging of administrative operations, automated bot protection, and rate limiting.
