1. The service
StickerCup is a web platform that generates a personalized digital sticker in the style of a World Cup 2026 collectible card, based on a photo provided by the customer. The product is 100% digital — delivered as a PNG file by email.
2. Price and payment
The price of each sticker is US$6.97. Optional add-ons (such as a Print-Ready PDF Pack or themed collections) are offered at checkout at the prices shown at that time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe using a credit/debit card or a supported digital wallet. The sticker is generated and delivered after payment is confirmed.
3. Use of the child's image
By submitting a photo, the customer declares that they are the legal guardian of the child pictured and authorizes the use of the image solely to generate the digital sticker for this service. The photo is not shared with third parties beyond the AI provider strictly for generation, is not used to train AI models, and is deleted from our storage within a maximum of 7 days after the sticker is delivered.
We do not accept photos of people who are not children under the legal responsibility of the customer. Violations may result in refusal of service.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Because our product is a digital good that is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final and we do not provide monetary refunds once the sticker has been delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your sticker, we will re-generate or re-deliver it at no additional cost (see Section 5). To request assistance, contact suporte@stickercup.it.com and we will make it right.
5. Regeneration policy
If the generated sticker is not satisfactory, the customer may request up to 2 free regenerations before payment and 1 free regeneration after payment. Additional regenerations may be offered at our discretion.
6. AI generation
The sticker is generated by an artificial intelligence model. The result is an artistic representation inspired by the submitted photo — minor variations in appearance may occur. The AI aims to preserve the child's facial identity, but absolute fidelity is not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of liability
StickerCup commits to delivering the digital sticker as contracted, but is not responsible for subsequent uses the customer makes of the PNG file (sharing, printing, etc.).
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in effect is always the one published at this link with the date indicated. Material changes will be communicated to registered customers.
